GUIDELINES FOR SUBCONTRACTORS
Working with Mountain Haven Custom Homes (MHCH)
It is MHCH’s goal to create a work environment that is pleasant, enjoyable, productive and profitable to all trades involved. Also, a work environment where the owners and visitors can feel welcome to bring their families and friends and see their home in production.
THE ‘NO’ LIST
- NO FOUL LANGUAGE – Especially for those who think the f-word is their main descriptive.
- NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL – Includes those who get high or drunk every work night and are trying to work with a hangover on my job.
- NO SMOKING in the HOUSE
- NO ATTITUDES – The most important person on the job is probably not you.
- NO DOGS – If you must bring your dog, it is never unleashed and it remains at your vehi-cle at all times. Unfriendly or barking dogs are not allowed.
- NO RADIOS – Loud or multiple radios are never allowed. Radio use in some cases, is ne-gotiable.
- PROPER DRESS – No obscene statements or pictures on clothing.
THE ‘ALWAYS’ LIST
- ALWAYS ON TIME – On schedule and can make meetings and start dates.
- ALWAYS TOP QUALITY – Workmanship is an art and performed with enduring quali-ty. Workmanship is completed with nothing left undone.
- ALWAYS COMMUNICATING – Able to work with others and understands we are a team. Communicates well, returns calls and avoids mistakes.
- ALWAYS A GOOD ATTITUDE – Is pleasant to work with. Enjoys their work.
- ALWAYS CLEAN
- ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL
